RALEIGH, NC — Today the Board of Elections dismissed my appeal, claiming my evidence wasn’t “sufficient.” That’s their word. Mine? Laughable. Because when the system allows me to both run for office and vote while on probation, that’s not just evidence—it’s a flashing neon sign that the system is broken.
“If I can run and vote while on probation, then the voter rolls are a circus act.”
🔥 My Journey Through This Fight
This isn’t just about one hearing. It’s about everything I’ve endured to get here.
I’ve been dragged through probation, hearings, and smear campaigns.
I’ve been defamed publicly, dismissed privately, and told my voice doesn’t matter.
I’ve carried stigma, fought bureaucracy, and still showed up—running for office, casting my ballot, and demanding accountability.
Every dismissal is another attempt to erase me. But I refuse to let them write me out of the story.
“They want me quiet. I want them accountable.”
⚖️ My Stand Against the Board
They said my evidence wasn’t enough. I say my lived experience is more than enough.
I will continue to appeal.
I will fight to stay the swearing-in until this case reaches the Supreme Court.
I will demand accountability—whether through justice or compensation for the pain, damage, and legal fees I’ve endured.
They can make this easy: acknowledge the wrongs, pay for the harm, and avoid dragging this through endless proceedings. Or they can watch the bill climb past the $5 million mandate as I keep pressing forward.
“Pay me now, or pay me later. Either way, the tab is running.”
🚨 My Closing Word
I’ve been through too much to stop now. I’ve carried the weight of injustice, the sting of being dismissed, and the scars of fighting a system that doesn’t want to admit its failures. But I will not be silenced. I will not be dismissed. And I will not stop until justice is served—not just for me, but for everyone who’s been told their voice doesn’t count.
This fight is personal. This fight is mine. And I will keep standing, louder and stronger, until the truth is undeniable.
“Dismiss me today, but history will remember tomorrow.”
