What Is the Kinston 2027 Loan Program?
The ESFRLP27 is a special home repair assistance program funded by the Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program. It provides 0% interest, deferred-forgivable loans to eligible homeowners in Kinston and Lenoir County. The goal is to help residents fix moderately deteriorated, owner-occupied single-family homes.

0% Interest, Deferred-Forgivable Loan: No interest is charged, and the loan is forgiven in equal portions each year for up to five years as long as you remain in your home.
